We are seeking licensed real estate brokers and salespeople to join our team as Account Executives, working exclusively on behalf of a public REIT who acquires hundreds of properties annually.


The principal of our firm has done more than 500 transactions with this company over the last seven years and business is expanding dramatically this year. We are looking for four people to join the team to continue acquiring more of these single tenant assets.


This is a work from home / Fully remote / WFH opportunity


Role

  • Source off-market single tenant properties
  • Make ~75 outbound calls per day
  • Build relationships with property owners
  • Identify and qualify acquisition opportunities

Compensation

  • $1,300/monthly draw (based on 75 calls/day) OR 12 deals sourced in the current month (whichever comes first)
  • 30% revenue-based bonus on sourced deals
  • Increased bonus rate of 40% upon achieving $108,000 in generated revenue

We provide ongoing training, access to the CRM and dialing systems, and all contact information for prospects. You will need a quiet home office, reliable internet, and strong communication and consistency with outbound calling. There is a 6 week paid training period where at the end you will either graduate to the full position or be terminated.
