About the Company
Trophy Point is a fast-growing private lender specializing in business-purpose real estate loans including fix & flip, bridge, multifamily, and small-balance commercial loans. We support real estate investors and business owners by providing fast, flexible capital, strong communication, and full-cycle lending support from origination through servicing.

Role Overview
The Director of Capital Raising & Investor Relations is responsible for raising institutional and high-net-worth capital to support Trophy Pointโ€™s lending and investment platforms, including private credit offerings and REIT-style investment vehicles.
This role sits at the intersection of capital raising, investor relations, and securities distribution. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in wealth management or institutional fundraising, holds a FINRA Series 7 license, and is experienced in raising capital from sophisticated investors such as pension funds, family offices, RIAs, and private investment groups.
This is a relationship-driven role with long sales cycles, credibility-based selling, and a focus on repeat investors rather than transactional volume.

Key Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Investor Development

Raise capital for private investment offerings, including REIT and private credit vehicles
Source and cultivate new investor relationships, including:
High-net-worth individuals (direct relationships)
Experienced real estate investors
Repeat private capital investors
Relationship-driven individual capital sources
Present investment opportunities clearly, accurately, and in compliance with securities regulations
Manage long-cycle investor relationships from initial introduction through commitment and follow-on investments

Investor Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing investors
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure investors receive timely, accurate information
  • Support investor onboarding and subscription processes in coordination with operations and compliance
  • Maintain investor confidence through transparency, professionalism, and consistent communication

Securities & Compliance

  • Operate within FINRA and securities regulations at all times
  • Ensure all capital-raising activities align with offering documents and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams as needed

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide market feedback to leadership on investor appetite, trends, and positioning
  • Contribute to capital strategy, offering structure, and go-to-market planning
  • Build scalable fundraising processes over time

Qualifications & Experience

  • FINRA Series 7 license (required)
  • Background in wealth management, institutional sales, or capital raising
  • Demonstrated experience raising capital for private investments or alternative assets
  • Experience working with institutional or sophisticated investors
  • Strong understanding of securities, investment products, and compliance boundaries
  • Executive presence, credibility, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure

Compensation Structure

  • Competitive base salary
  • Commission-based compensation tied primarily to capital raised
  • Long-term upside through recurring investor relationships

Why This Role Is Different

  • Focus on quality investors and long-term capital, not high-volume retail sales
  • Supportive leadership and infrastructure
  • Opportunity to build and shape the capital markets function, not just execute transactions

Why Join Trophy Point
  • Fully Remote Job Opportunity
  • Work with an ambitious and rapidly growing lender in a high-demand niche.
  • Opportunity for meaningful commission upside based on performance.
  • Long-term remote work with growth potential.
