• Conduct assessments of clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disturbances, documenting findings and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage with clients both individually and in groups via teletherapy, employing evidence-based practices to promote mental health stability.
• Create and implement integrated care plans to coordinate services, including liaising with families and schools to ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor caseloads, performing regular evaluations and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-stress situations, ensuring client safety and employing appropriate techniques.
• Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources available in the school setting.
• Comply with organizational policies and ethical guidelines, consistently maintaining a high standard of professional practice.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of overall strategies for improving service delivery and therapy outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring timely completion of documentation and reports, and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

The primary focus of this role will be on children, adolescents, and young adults identified in the educational sector who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. This diverse population requires a nuanced understanding of developmental psychology and the ability to engage effectively with clients from varied backgrounds and belief systems.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program; valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, with demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
• Organization and time management skills to handle multiple caseloads efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• A deep commitment to ethical practice and a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

• Previous experience providing mental health services in a school setting or working with youth populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques for culturally competent therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
