Job description

Are you passionate about helping others grow, staying organized, and creating engaging learning experiences? Goodwill Industries is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support training programs, leadership development, and team member growth across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys training coordination, data tracking, content creation, and collaborating with leaders to build a strong learning culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate training sessions, schedules, invitations, and communications
  • Support the Learning Management System (LMS): enrollments, reporting, troubleshooting
  • Maintain training records, compliance logs, and monthly reports
  • Track Leadership Development Program participation and milestones
  • Assist with Pursuit of Education and language learning programs
  • Create engaging training content using Articulate and digital tools
  • Support store and operational training programs across multiple locations
  • Partner with HR, Talent, Mission, and Operations leaders on development needs
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • 1+ year experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent, Training, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with LMS systems, reporting, and training coordination
  • Articulate or Adobe experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to various Goodwill locations as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
