Job description

RFgen is seeking an impactful Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The SDR's role is all about outreach and communication with our prospects and customers. With an understanding of RFgen's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you will use your relationship-building skills to identify customer prospects who are ready to talk to RFgen to solve their business problems. As an SDR, you will leverage a world-class set of enterprise sales tools to identify new opportunities for the sales team through cold outreach and marketing qualified leads.
What you'll do:
  • The remote SDR will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop both target account leads, and inbound marketing leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration, calling on C-suite to front-line managers, social media outreach, following up on marketing-generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, creative campaigns, door opener outreach, and more.
  • Become a member of a collaborative and energetic team that is focused on personal and business growth.
  • Interact with prospects daily via telephone, video, LinkedIn, email, etc.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Distribute opportunities to appropriate sales reps, educating each rep as necessary about the opportunity.
  • Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
  • Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

  • Strategizing tactical execution of go-to-market plans with Regional Account Representatives
  • Leveraging ZoomInfo & LinkedIn SalesNavigator platforms to support advanced prospecting of target accounts
  • Using the "SalesLoft" platform to organize and facilitate daily outbound calls, email & LinkedIn Activities.
  • Leveraging toolset to identify new business opportunities within our existing customer base to uncover additional revenue opportunities for the sales team.
  • Maintaining alignment with the Marketing team to build the value proposition and be relevant to our prospects and customers. Create a feedback loop on what works and market intelligence gathered every day from our buyers.
  • Learning and demonstrating a clear understanding of company product offerings and sales processes.

Requirements
What you will need:
4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience that included a high volume of customer and/or sales prospect outreach.
