Job description

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Regional Baseball Director to oversee instruction within our Advanced Camp program serving youth athletes ages 10-14.
This leadership role combines baseball instruction, player development, and program oversight. The successful candidate will have experience coaching competitive athletes and a strong passion for helping young players reach the next level.
Position Overview
Advanced Camp participants are motivated athletes seeking a more challenging baseball environment. Directors are expected to deliver meaningful instruction, promote player growth, and create an atmosphere that balances competition and fun.
Primary Duties
  • Lead advanced baseball training sessions
  • Teach game strategy and situational awareness
  • Supervise campers and support staff
  • Evaluate player development throughout the week
  • Ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Uphold Giants Camps standards and expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous baseball coaching experience required
  • Experience with competitive youth, travel, high school, or collegiate players preferred

Schedule
Foster City session:
  • July 20-24 with option to add Danville (June 8-12), San Francisco (June 15-19+July 27-31)
Compensation
