Job description

Summary

Drives acquisition and growth of high-worth gaming guests through strategic outreach, relationship management, and targeted player development initiatives. Expands the premium player base while delivering expectational guest experiences aligned with ACE Service Standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities(other duties may be assigned)

  • Identify, acquire, and develop relationships with new high-worth gaming guests and VIP prospects.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, hosted events, and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute acquisition, growth, and reactivation strategies designed to expand the property's premium player base.
  • Utilize player analytics, market intelligence, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and player acquisition.
  • Coordinate highly personalized guest experiences, including accommodations, transportation, entertainment, and special events.
  • Represent Agua Caliente Casinos at on-property and off-property events to cultivate relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations leaders to support premium player development initiatives and VIP events.
  • Mentor and share player development best practices with Hosts and Executive Hosts.
  • Monitor player activity and reinvestment to ensure compliance with approved guidelines, profitability objectives, and internal controls.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and authorized complimentary services in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in casino host, player development, VIP sales, luxury hospitality, or relationship management roles.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with high-value guests and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understand of casino operations, player reinvestment, loyalty program, and gaming marketing strategies.
  • Strong community, networking, relationship-building, and business development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino player tracking systems.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.

Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
