Job description

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Regional Baseball Director to oversee instruction within our Advanced Camp program serving youth athletes ages 1014.

This leadership role combines baseball instruction, player development, and program oversight. The successful candidate will have experience coaching competitive athletes and a strong passion for helping young players reach the next level.

Position Overview

Advanced Camp participants are motivated athletes seeking a more challenging baseball environment. Directors are expected to deliver meaningful instruction, promote player growth, and create an atmosphere that balances competition and fun.

Primary Duties
  • Lead advanced baseball training sessions
  • Teach game strategy and situational awareness
  • Supervise campers and support staff
  • Evaluate player development throughout the week
  • Ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Uphold Giants Camps standards and expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous baseball coaching experience required
  • Experience with competitive youth, travel, high school, or collegiate players preferred
