We are currently seeking a Prior Authorization Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.

Position Overview:

As a Prior Authorization Coordinator, you will be responsible for obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies for medical procedures and services for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of prior authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify insurance coverage for medical procedures and services
  • Communicate with medical providers to obtain necessary documentation for prior authorizations
  • Submit prior authorization requests to insurance companies and follow up on status
  • Keep track of all prior authorization requests and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Work with insurance companies to resolve any issues or denials related to prior authorizations
  • Educate clients on the prior authorization process and provide support and guidance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all prior authorization activities
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance policies and procedures related to prior authorizations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in prior authorization coordination or related field

Package Details

Pay Rate: $35-50 per hour, depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
