**Are you experienced in healthcare insurance, billing, or insurance follow-up and looking for a fully remote opportunity?**
Multiple Openings Available!!!!

Location: Fully Remote (Equipment Shipped directly to you)
Pay: $17.00 per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Must be able to accept a 8-hr shift between 8a-8p)
Employment Type: Contract/Full-Time

We are seeking several detail-oriented insurance specialists to join our growing healthcare operations team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting insurance follow-up, prior authorizations, and referrals for a specialty pharmacy.


If you have experience in medical billing, medical claims, insurance verification, denials management, customer service, healthcare administration, or revenue cycle operations, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a combination of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures.
  • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
  • Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation.
  • Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time.


Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
