THE ROLE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
The Sr. Associate Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful planning and execution of creative initiatives across Campaigns, Brand,Packaging, and Innovation. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Commercial, Product Development, Regulatory, and Operations teams, this role helps ensure projects move efficiently from intake through delivery.
This position serves as a key operational partner to the Creative team, managing day-to-day project coordination, timelines, communications, and processes that keep work moving forward. By driving operational excellence across a portfolio of projects, the Sr. Associate Project Manager enables creative teams to focus on delivering impactful work while building the skills and experience necessary to grow into larger project leadership responsibilities.
This role reports to Sr. Manager of Creative Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the management of creative projects from intake through final delivery across Campaigns, Packaging, and Brand initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, workbacks, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure project information, timelines, assets, and deliverables are accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and support project execution.
  • Assist with intake management, project routing, and workflow coordination across the Creative team.
  • Support resource tracking and workload planning to help balance team capacity and project needs.
  • Maintain project management systems and reporting tools that provide visibility into active work streams.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
  • Partner with Sr. Project Managers and Creative Operations leaders to support portfolio management and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture that helps teams do their best work.

  • 2-5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, or brand initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining timelines, trackers, project plans, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces with accuracy.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience working with project management tools and systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.

THE DETAILS
LOCATION: Remote, USA - 4X travel per year to company offsites
HOURS: Full time, exempt (salary)
MANAGER: Sr. Manager of Creative Operations
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The base pay range for this position is $94,500-$115,500. For this remote role, compensation is determined based on geographic location and experience, and the final offer will reflect these factors within the posted range.
