Job description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Execution and Campaign Management
• Support the planning and execution of annual brand plans aligned with commercial
objectives, including core strategic initiatives such as New Order of Care and Fair Access
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, event, and educational
channels
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including sales tools, presentations, emails,
brochures, videos, and training resources
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer facing assets
2. Sales and Customer Enablement
• Partner with Sales leadership and SMAC to develop tools, programs, and promotions that
drive adoption and utilization
• Support national and regional sales meetings, product launches, and customer events
• Help manage field communications, resource libraries, and internal training materials
3. Market and Competitive Insights
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity, and support the
development of segmentation and positioning strategies
• Assist with forecasting inputs, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns, messaging, and field
tools
4. Cross Functional Coordination
• Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and internal teams, including Sales, Market
Access, Clinical, Regulatory, SMAC, R&D, and Operations
• Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute initiatives on time and on budget
5. Media Planning and Execution
• Support planning and execution of paid and owned media programs across social, digital,
display, and CRM channels
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop compliant, on brand
media assets and campaigns
• Track performance metrics and optimize media programs to improve engagement, reach,
and conversion
6. Project and Budget Management
• Lead day-to-day project management for assigned marketing initiatives, including timelines,
deliverables, and approvals
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource allocation
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
Additionally:
• Attend industry conventions, symposia, and professional meetings to gather customer
insights and inform strategic planning
• Support assigned budgets and assist with ROI analysis to ensure efficient use of
resources
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and key opinion leaders to
support brand credibility and adoption
• Maintain a strong understanding of ocular surface disease, meibomian gland dysfunction,
and the competitive landscape
• Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures that comply with FDA
Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and any other applicable domestic or
international requirements.
• Maintain a professional and credible image with key eye care providers, administrators,
consultants, vendors, and co-workers.
• Actively work to promote the Sight Sciences' high-performance culture within the
marketing department.
• Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company in accordance with
Company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations governing our
business practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
• EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or related field required.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Two to five years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project
management, or experience in medical device or healthcare sales with
demonstrated involvement in marketing programs, product launches, or customer
education initiatives
o Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
o Strong organizational and execution skills
• OTHER QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
o Experience in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences
o Experience supporting sales teams or field organizations
o Familiarity with regulated marketing environments, including the PRC/MLR
process
o Experience working with external agencies or vendors

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
