This position provides the flexibility of a fully remote working setup, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your location while still being part of a passionate, collaborative team. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a healthy blend of personal and professional lives.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored, goal-oriented care plans. You will engage with clients to identify their challenges and aspirations, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Maintain meticulous records through our secure electronic health record systems, ensuring that all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications are accurately documented to track client development.
• Connect clients with essential community resources that can enhance their quality of life, including support groups, vocational training, and educational workshops, promoting holistic recovery.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, fostering an environment where interdisciplinary teamwork leads to comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing virtual support and guidance to clients throughout their therapeutic journey, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and encouraged.

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, requiring a compassionate, knowledgeable approach to help them navigate their recovery journey. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your role as a social worker will be to ensure they receive tailored mental health care that addresses their individual experiences and challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical or community-based setting, with demonstrated success in engaging and supporting clients in crisis or transitional situations.
• Proven proficiency with remote communication platforms, allowing for effective client interactions via video calls and telehealth portals.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, particularly substance use disorders, and the ability to apply evidence-based practices in treatment planning.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to facilitate seamless documentation and case management.
• Prior exposure to group therapy or facilitation can be an asset as some clients may benefit from shared experiences.
• Familiarity with community resources and the capability to link clients to vital services will enhance client outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and commitment to the role.
