ACSWs typically provide counseling, support, and case management services to individuals, families, or groups while being supervised by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). To thrive as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, you need a master's degree in social work (MSW), completion of supervised clinical hours, and an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) registration.
