• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs, history, and presenting issues, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to meet the specific goals of clients.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure clients have equal access to therapy despite geographical or logistical barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

Our client base includes individuals grappling with grief, a range of anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, and various life transitions. • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads and documentation responsibilities.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Background working with clients dealing specifically with grief and trauma.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
