Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and mental health concerns to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's journey.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of techniques and approaches to optimize client growth and resilience.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals, continuously monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to support client success.
• Provide accessibility options through teletherapy for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer review discussions to enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based practices. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy platforms and prior experience in outpatient settings will strengthen your application.
