Job description

We are looking for Amazon Connect consultant for our client and it is fully remote W2 poisition.
GC and USC only.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
• 3+ years of Amazon Connect developer experience
• Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Experience:
- Understanding of Amazon Connect capabilities
- Contact flow/module development and deployment
- 3rd party API calls, CRM and other backend integrations
- Experience building and deploying Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat.
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU) implementation
- Designing conversational flows and intents
- Bot testing and optimization
• AWS Expertise:
- Proficiency in services like API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM etc.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services integration
- AWS certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate)
• Infrastructure & Development:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
- Automation and scripting skills (Python)
