This role is focused on driving performance and profitability across Amazon advertising ecosystems, where data-driven decision-making directly shapes business growth. You will plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple Amazon ad formats while continuously improving key performance metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will combine analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management to unlock scalable growth opportunities. The role requires a strong curiosity for performance data, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while staying ahead of evolving Amazon advertising tools and best practices. This is a high-impact position where precision, experimentation, and optimization directly influence commercial success.

Accountabilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to improve key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
  • Conduct continuous keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Test and refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PPC performance, delivering actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Optimize budget allocation to ensure efficient scaling during peak sales periods and promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated on Amazon advertising features, tools, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
  • Support additional performance marketing and campaign-related initiatives as required
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of hands-on Amazon PPC or Amazon Advertising experience (mandatory)
  • Higher education in marketing, business, analytics, or related field
  • Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising platforms and campaign structures
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
