Job description

We're looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with hands-on experience managing both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple Amazon brands, including catalog operations, account health, compliance, advertising support, and performance optimization. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
  • Create and maintain product listings, variations, flat files, and catalog content.
  • Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals (POAs).
  • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Optimize listings through keyword research, titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
  • Manage Brand Registry assets, including A+ Content and Brand Story.
  • Prepare reports and communicate account performance and ongoing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon platform changes, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
Must Have
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, compliance, and account health.
  • Experience handling Seller Support cases, listing issues, and account reinstatements.
  • Written English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with FBA and FBM operations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
  • Experience supporting Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Brand Registry and A+ Content.
