Schedule: Rotating shifts (including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Join a leading Healthcare Technology & Information Services organization and provide technical support to healthcare clients in a fully remote, 24/7 environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot software and product issues.
- Support healthcare eligibility & benefits verification and payer connectivity.
- Interpret ANSI X12 270/271 transactions.
- Document and manage cases in Salesforce while meeting SLAs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, SaaS Technical Support, or Technical Support.
- Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Eligibility & Benefits Verification, and ANSI X12 270/271.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
