About the Role

PSI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. This is a hands-on, project-focused role built for plumbers who take pride in precision, quality workmanship, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

You'll lead plumbing installations for high-end residential remodels, custom homes, and complex retrofit projects throughout the Vail Valley. From rough-ins and top-outs to final trim, you'll use your expertise to solve challenging problems and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do
  • Lead plumbing installations for luxury residential remodels, custom homes, and select commercial projects.
  • Execute rough-ins, top-outs, water and gas piping, vent systems, and final trim with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
  • Perform complex plumbing retrofits and system tie-ins within existing structures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to identify challenges and solutions.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, PSI quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers through hands-on guidance and coaching.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites while working in occupied homes and high-end remodel environments.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
  • 4+ years of plumbing experience with a strong background in residential construction, remodels, or retrofit projects.
  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred.
  • Experience working in custom or high-end residential environments.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, system layouts, and installation practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adapt when working within existing structures.
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate effectively with contractors and other trades.
  • Comfortable using tablets and digital job management tools.
  • Valid driver's license.

The compensation for this position is $40+/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, commissions, incentives, overtime pay, or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
