Qualified Professional SACOT (Wilson, NC)
Location: Wilson, North Carolina
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Day Shift
A respected behavioral health organization is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) to facilitate intensive outpatient services through its Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) program in Wilson, NC. This role combines clinical delivery, group engagement, and documentation accountability in a mission-driven environment focused on recovery and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured SACOT group sessions in alignment with clinical protocols
  • Document interventions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
  • Collaborate with Peer Support, Clinical Supervisors, and interdisciplinary staff
  • Conduct intake coordination, risk assessments, and individualized engagement strategies
  • Champion a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to care
Qualifications:
  • Must meet NC standards as a Qualified Professional (Bachelors in human services + 2 years MH/SUD experience, or equivalent)
  • Experience facilitating SACOT or comparable outpatient groups is preferred
  • Strong written documentation, clinical reasoning, and team collaboration required
  • Working knowledge of electronic health records and Medicaid billing is beneficial
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly compensation between $20 - $24, based on experience and credentialing
