) Regional Director of Operations (RDO)
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) partners with facility leadership across their assigned region to ensure operational success. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, census, staffing, and compliance while providing strategic leadership and support to Administrators.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Regional Operations management, preferably in LTC
  • Active and unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in IL
