Regional Operations Manager (Performance & Growth Leader)

Location: Ohio Region (Travel Required)

Company: Southeastern Equipment

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

COMPENSATION: 150-175K with potential bonus up to 30%

Region:Dublin, Heath, Cambridge, Marietta, Gallipolis, Mansfield, Brunswick, North Canton, Mentor --- Candidates may live anywhere in the region.

This is not a coordination role.

This is not a reporting role.

This is a regional business leadership role responsible for driving performance, creating accountability, and building a high-output culture across multiple branches.

You will lead Operations Managers and their teamsbut more importantly, you will own the performance of the region. That includes revenue, profitability, customer experience, and the pace at which the business runs.

If you're comfortable pushing leaders, addressing issues directly, and driving resultsthis role fits. If you prefer maintaining systems and observing performance, it won't.

What You'll OwnDrive Regional Performance
  • Own Parts and Service revenue and profitability across all locations in your region
  • Set clear expectations and push branches to hit and exceed targets
  • Identify gaps quickly and implement actions that move the numbers
Create Urgency Across the Region
  • Establish a high standard for speed, responsiveness, and execution
  • Remove friction between branches, departments, and teams
  • Ensure machines, parts, and decisions move fastno bottlenecks, no waiting
Lead Branch Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable Operations Managers and their teams
  • Raise the standard of leadership across the region
  • Address underperformance directly and quickly
Own the Customer Experience at Scale
  • Ensure consistent, high-level customer service across all locations
  • Step into major issues and ensure fast resolution
  • Build relationships with key regional customers
Drive Alignment with Sales & Growth
  • Partner closely with Sales, Rental, and PSSR teams to support growth
  • Ensure operations is enablingnot slowing downrevenue generation
  • Help create momentum across the region by aligning teams toward winning business
Run a Disciplined Operation
  • Maintain strong financial performance across all branches
  • Ensure facilities, safety, and 5S standards are met without compromising speed
