Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Plant Operations Manager to join our team in Goodfield, IL. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leads the Plant Operations team in the production of machines that exceed customer expectations.
  • Accountable for operational performance in the areas of People, Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost.
  • Utilizes the CNH Business System (CBS+) methodology to attack efficiency loss and drive continuous improvement of the operation.
  • Acts as a mentor and coach to first line supervisors and production managers, responsible for their growth and development.
  • Creates and sustains a culture of operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with the workforce and empowering the team to drive change.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of how People, Safety, and Quality drive throughput and cost excellence and leads accordingly.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility across multiple manufacturing leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Good communication skills
  • Lean Management exerience

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $137,475.00 - $175,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
