Are you a proven leader with a strong track record in automotive sales? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new and used vehicle operations and drive continued success through strong leadership, strategy, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the new and used vehicle sales departments
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  • Manage inventory control, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships
