We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Operations Manager to join our healthcare leadership team. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities within a specific region, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires regular travel to all company locations throughout the Greater Chicago area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals within the designated region.
  • Regional Operations Management: Lead and coordinate the operations of healthcare facilities within the region, ensuring consistency in quality of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of office managers and operations staff at various locations within the region, fostering a culture of collaboration, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and standards specific to the region, ensuring all facilities within the region adhere to state and federal requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction across all locations in the region.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget for each facility within the region, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies and equipment for facilities within the region.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure operational performance at each facility within the region, regularly reporting progress to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks within the region and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring patient safety and business continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of multisite operations
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in healthcare operations management, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple facilities within a specific region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in a healthcare setting.
