Job description

RGroup Realty & Property Management is hiring a relationship-driven Real Estate Agent / Realtor to serve as an Adopting Agent in our Golden Handoff / Transitioning Agent Program.
This is not a cold-lead role. You will receive warm introductions from seasoned, retiring, or transitioning agents and convert those relationships into active buyer and seller clients, repeat business, and referrals.
