Client Care Representative

Do you enjoy providing great customer service and staying organized? Are you confident managing details, communication, and client support? Then this Client Care Representative role could be a great fit for you. Our client, Ohio Graduation Services, supports over 45 high schools by providing class rings, graduation announcements, caps and gowns, diplomas and letter jackets to over 10,000 students. Ohio Graduation Services is seeking a Client Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to schools and internal teams while managing orders, communications, and client accounts. This pivotal role will join a one-of-a-kind team willing and ready to take on new endeavors that will make this organization reach new heights. This position will begin August 1st, 2026. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for schools, delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Manage graduation-related orders, records, and account details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update and maintain school information within Jostens systems.
  • Coordinate communications, timelines, and delivery support with all clients and schools to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the student database & update regularly with any new information.
  • Answer incoming consumer calls and emails; tracking missing items, replacements, late orders, and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
  • Partner with territory managers to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and represent the organization with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Support presentation and delivery events both in-office and at school locations as needed.
  • Identify process improvements to help create better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or client services
  • A background in customer service, comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with customers and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Availability for standard office hours (8am-5pm) with occasional evening hours for school events
  • Knowledge of Jostens products and services is a plus
  • Able to work independently and make decisions while also collaborating effectively and supporting the team as needed.
