Job description

Patient Care Representative - Our client is seeking a Patient Care Rep to provide high level customer service.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $20 per hour, based on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00 or 8:30am-5:00pm (one-hour lunch if 8:00am start/30-minute lunch if 8:30am start.

Some of your responsibilities as Patient Care Representative / CSR will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting and handling routine patient questions
  • Coordinating patient, medical and insurance records
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify for this Patient Care Representative / CSR position, you must have:

  • Medical billing insurance experience
  • Dual languages - Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
  • Experience as nurse, CAN, working at a clinic, chiropractic office or large health organization
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong organizational skills
