Job description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a federal financial management support program for a client that operates Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Federal Financials as a shared service provider serving multiple agencies and roughly 19,000 user accounts. The Program Manager owns delivery across all task areas, serves as the primary point of contact for the contracting officer and COR, and is responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and performance of the engagement. This is a designated key personnel position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all operational support functions, including program management, the multi-tier help desk, financial business operations, system maintenance and monitoring, testing, documentation, data management, audit support, and training and change management.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for the client, building relationships with stakeholders across the supported agencies and the program management office.
  • Manage performance against service level agreements and government deliverable schedules, and report program status to client leadership.
  • Lead risk management, including regular risk reviews and briefings to the client.
  • Oversee staffing, including key personnel, workforce planning, and continuity of operations.
  • Drive process improvement and audit readiness across financial operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience, including program or project management on federal IT and/or financial management efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing service-level-driven operations, deliverables, and government client relationships.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Federal Financials in a federal shared service environment.
  • Familiarity with DHS or other federal financial management programs, ServiceNow-based help desk operations, and federal audit support.
  • PMP certification.
