Job Summary


The Technical Sourcing & Recruiting Program Coordinator plays a key role in driving proactive talent sourcing and operational excellence across the recruiting function.


This role combines talent sourcing, pipeline development, and recruiting coordination, enabling the team to build strong, diverse pipelines across both early-career and experienced technical talent. The coordinator will partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and support recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring team availability
  • Prepare interview logistics for onsite and virtual interviews
  • Maintain ATS accuracy, including candidate status tracking and compliance
  • Support offer coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience


Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

  • Create requisition and assist with reporting, data audits, and process improvements
  • Support recruiting analytics including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Engage with the HR team implementing scalable recruiting workflows and best practices

Talent Pipeline Development


  • Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases
  • Identify and engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines
  • Conduct resume screening and initial candidate outreach to assess fit and interest
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies and role requirements
  • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRM
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to improve effectiveness
  • Support Ad hoc projects as they come up


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition operations
  • Experience sourcing candidates across technical roles or early-career pipelines preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and improve processes

Compensation Range:

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.


The annual base salary range for this role is $77,000 -$102,000 annually. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
