ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Onsite Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving operational success. Serving as the face of the organization to prospective talent and customers, you are responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates while delivering a seamless and positive experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, onsite leadership, and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, execute hiring strategies, and ensure employees are set up for success from day one through ongoing engagement. Our recruiting team has a goal to hit recruiting metrics 100% of the time.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Conducts proactive sourcing using diverse strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including referral campaigns and creative outreach.
  • Screens applicants, conducts interviews, and evaluates candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and facilitates hiring decisions.
  • Utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain compliant records.
  • Administers offer management, including extending offers, coordinating pre-employment steps, and closing candidates.
  • Manages pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, and required documentation.
  • Supports new hire check-ins, training coordination, and compliance requirements for all employees.
  • Maintains accurate job requisition files, candidate records, and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensures recruiting and hiring practices remain compliant with federal, state, and company guidelines.
  • Organizes and participates in onsite recruiting events and hiring initiatives.
  • Provides ongoing support to onsite leadership with employee relations, communication, and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Communicates proactively with site teams and leadership, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Tracks and reports on recruiting activity, including daily and weekly metrics, ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned to support recruiting and onsite operations.
  • Generate referral campaigns to help with robust candidate pipelines
  • Submits daily / weekly recruiting reports to internal leadership team.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience
    • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
    • Experience supporting high-volume strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing through onboarding.
    • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and hiring workflows.

  • Knowledge/Skills
    • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Effective interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and hiring regulations.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
    • Commitment to meeting recruiting metrics and delivering results.
