Job description


We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment field and must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and recruit new employees across various technical roles, including mechatronics technicians, electrical technicians, and conveyor belt and automation technicians.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring the highest standard of recruitment practices.
  • Manage approximately 60-70 requisitions, interacting frequently with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Stay organized under pressure, managing competing deadlines effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Act as the 'glue' for the business segment by managing both internal and external candidates once requisitions open.
  • Collaborate closely with the compensation team during the closing phase to navigate approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition policies and processes, applying them correctly at high volume.

Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and operationally sound talent acquisition.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies and apply them at high volume.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting.
  • Analytical mindset required, comfortable with metrics and pulling reports.
  • Strong preference for candidates with corporate recruiting experience.

Work Environment
This role is based in the Seattle area, specifically in Seattle or Bellevue. The work environment is highly technical, requiring accuracy and execution in support of fulfillment center build-outs. The role functions more like a specialist or program manager rather than sourcing, and involves heavy requisition management and high-volume interaction with candidates and hiring managers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
