Overview
Shape the Future of Talent at Microsoft
Our team is looking for a Senior Talent Manager - Talent Platform. In this role, you will help define how Microsoft identifies, develops, and grows talent at scale. As the leader of the Talent Platform strategy and roadmap, you will drive the evolution, adoption, and impact of one of Microsoft's most important talent capabilities, enabling better experiences and outcomes for employees, managers, HR partners, and business leaders around the world.
You will guide the platform's vision through FY27 and beyond, ensuring it delivers meaningful business value through thoughtful governance, scalable adoption, and seamless integration across our talent ecosystem, HR technologies, and data platforms.
Working at the intersection of talent strategy, product leadership, data, and AI, you will collaborate with Talent Managers, HR Business Partners, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to reimagine how talent decisions are made and supported. You will play an important role in shaping the next generation of talent experiences, including emerging agentic and AI-powered capabilities that help people and organizations thrive.
This is a unique opportunity to influence both strategy and execution by combining customer-focused thinking, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional partnership. You'll help translate complex challenges into innovative solutions that create lasting impact across Microsoft.
Successful candidates are energized by bringing people together around a shared vision, leading change in dynamic environments, and turning insights into action. They bring experience driving HR products, platforms, programs, or transformational initiatives, using data to improve outcomes, and partnering across disciplines to deliver results. Familiarity with HR technology, data ecosystems, and enterprise-scale change efforts will help you accelerate impact and contribute to the continued evolution of Microsoft's talent landscape.
Why This Role Matters
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of talent at Microsoft.
You will influence enterprise-wide talent strategy, partner with leaders across the company, pioneer AI-powered talent experiences, and help build the systems that empower people to grow, thrive, and achieve their potential. If you're excited about creating the future of talent management through technology, AI, collaboration, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
