Lead Talent Acquisition

Project: CT Radiology Report Generation Specialist

Location:ย Remote (United States)

Commitment: Flexible project-based engagement (10โ€“15 hours/week)

Project Overview

We are seekingย U.S. Board-Certified Radiologists and Medical Studentsย to participate in a CT Radiology Report Generation project. Participants will review CT scan data (DICOM format) and create comprehensive diagnostic radiology reports based on the provided imaging and clinical indication.

Goalย :Obtain a high-quality set of CT reports under known conditions (single reconstruction, limited clinical information / patient history). Reports should aim at comprehensiveness over mimicking standard clinical practice. Multiple annotators for a significant subset of the dataset.ย 

Task Descriptionย :

  • Given a CT image and indication text, writeย aย exhaustivelyย comprehensiveย radiology report in standard clinical style.ย 
  • Review the entire image volume and report clinically relevant findings throughout the imaged anatomy, not only findingsย directly relatedย to theย indication.ย This exhaustive report should include all findings, even if this is more than you would normally write.ย Includeย negative findings to explicitlyย indicateย that anatomical structures have been assessed and foundย normal.ย Assume that noย additionalย patient history, prior imaging, or clinical information is available beyond theย indicationย textย and basic demographics provided.ย 
  • Only a singleย soft-tissueย reconstruction is available. Make the best interpretation possible from thisย reconstruction, butย explicitly note when this limitation affects assessment of specific findings. Use appropriateย uncertaintyย languageย throughoutย when a finding is indeterminate or incompletely assessed.ย 
  • Structure the report as a Findings and Impression section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review CT scan images inย DICOM format.
  • Analyze imaging studies and identify clinically relevant findings.
  • Generate detailed radiology reports in standard clinical style.
  • Document findings throughout the imaged anatomy, including pertinent negative findings where appropriate.
  • Prepare reports with the following sections:ย Findings , Impression
  • Clearly communicate any limitations or uncertainties in image interpretation.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Board-Certified Radiologist, or Medical Students.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting CT imaging.
  • Familiarity with DICOM images and radiology reporting workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation skills.
