Job description

Help Build the Future of Sila

At Sila, we believe exceptional client experiences begin with exceptional employee and candidate experiences.

We've intentionally redesigned one of our most important operational roles. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping a growing consulting firm operate at its best.

You'll become the operational hub that supports our candidates, leaders, and employees, while helping shape how our business continues to grow.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, improving processes, and making an impact every day, we'd love to talk to you.

Why This Role is Unique

This position offers something many operations roles don't.

You'll work closely with company leadership and gain firsthand exposure to how a successful consulting business operates. You'll see how top talent is recruited, how client delivery is supported, and how company culture is intentionally built.

You'll have the opportunity to influence every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruiting exceptional people to creating an outstanding workplace experience—and you'll play an important role in helping the company continue to grow.

What You'll DoTalent Acquisition & Recruiting

Partner with the leadership to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional consulting talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct candidate outreach and phone screenings
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding
  • Support employer branding
  • Maintain recruiting systems, hiring metrics, and reporting
  • Coordinate offer logistics and onboarding activities with leadership
Employee Experience

Help create an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees
  • Plan employee recognition programs and celebrations
  • Organize company meetings and events
  • Support learning and professional development initiatives
  • Help strengthen employee engagement and culture
Business Operations & Executive Support

Help leadership stay focused on clients and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate leadership meetings and special projects
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials
  • Improve business processes and administrative workflows
  • Assist with operational reporting and organizational initiatives
Workplace Operations

Create an exceptional workplace experience by ensuring our office operates efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate vendors, facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll help create an environment:

  • Candidates consistently have an outstanding recruiting experience.
  • Employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
  • Leaders spend less time coordinating administrative work and more time serving clients.
  • Workplace operations run smoothly with minimal oversight.
  • Processes become more efficient through continuous improvement.
  • You are viewed as a trusted partner across the organization.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Take initiative without waiting to be asked.
  • Anticipate problems before they happen.
  • Communicate confidently with executives, employees, candidates, vendors, and clients.
  • Thrive while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy improving processes instead of simply maintaining them.
  • Be resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a service mindset to everything they do.
Qualifications
  • 3–8 years of experience in operations, recruiting, executive support, employee experience, project coordination, or a related field
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Experience supporting a professional services or consulting organization is a plus
  • Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruiting activities is highly desirable
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, ATS platforms, and collaboration tools

$70,000 - $95,000 a year
