The role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will keep Vale's talent acquisition engine running smoothly, managing scheduling, communications, and logistics to create a seamless candidate experience.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring teams and candidates, managing calendars efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Maintain and update the ATS (applicant tracking system) with accurate, timely information
  • Manage job postings across recruiting platforms
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate background check processes
  • Compile recruiting metrics and support regular reporting to leadership
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience by identifying friction points and proposing solutions
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1+ year of recruiting coordination or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
