Job description

Your Impact:
As Axon's Recruiting Coordinator you will partner closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates to support a phenomenal interview and hiring experience. You are an organizational guru, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the opportunities (and challenges) of helping to build a stellar organization in hyper growth with talented individuals.
You will be responsible for greeting candidates, managing candidate workflows and recruiting coordinator requests in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), owning interview scheduling, booking travel and accommodations for out of town candidates, supporting recruiting and branding events, and helping with various recruiting projects and assignments. You will have a key and direct impact on how Axon is viewed as a great place to work, and contribute to the quality of our candidate experience.
What You'll Do:

  • High volume scheduling for interviews and booking travel logistics for out of town candidates
  • Communicate and confirm interview itinerary and logistics with candidates and interview teams
  • Welcome candidates when onsite and ensure a positive experience
  • Confirm accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support recruiting and branding events as well as various recruiting projects and assignments

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience supporting a recruiting team, event planning, volume scheduling, and/or related HR experience
  • Experience arranging travel, expense reimbursements and events management
  • Demonstrated track record of problem solving and analytical capability
  • Proficient in Outlook or other similar tool
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or general CRMs
  • Strong detail orientation and email management
  • Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to operate within ambiguous environments
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude

Work Location:

This role is based out of our Seattle Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
