Your Impact

In this pivotal role as the Customer Recruiting Manager, you'll design and drive innovative, scalable hiring strategies across customer experience roles in Sales, Customer, Professional Services, and Operations. Serve as a player-coach by leading a team of experienced recruiters and closely partnering with business leaders to deliver top-tier talent at speed and scale, while also managing a requisition load across the team and creating repeatable proactive pipelines.

What You'll Do 

Location: Onsite at our office in Seattle, WA.
Reports to: SVP of Talent Acquisition
Direct Reports: 5 - 8

  • Lead, Inspire & Scale: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters focused on high-volume hiring across multiple geographies and disciplines. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and champion team growth.
  • High-Volume Strategy & Execution: Build and execute high-impact, high-volume recruitment strategies that meet aggressive hiring targets without compromising on quality.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, PSO and Operations teams, guiding workforce planning and ensuring recruiting strategies are tightly aligned with business needs. Collaborate closely with fellow Recruiting Managers to stay in lockstep on high-volume delivery, driving seamless execution and consistency across the function
  • Optimize for Scale: Continuously analyze and refine recruiting processes to improve throughput, candidate experience, and team productivity.
  • Data & Metrics Leadership: Leverage recruiting analytics and dashboards to guide decisions, forecast hiring trends, and communicate performance across stakeholders. Know the data better than anyone on your team to understand hot zones before they arise.
  • Market Expertise: Stay current on talent market trends including compensation benchmarks, sourcing channels, and competitive intelligence to ensure Axon remains an employer of choice.
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience managing a recruiting team, preferably in high-growth or high-volume environments.
  • Proven success managing high-volume hiring campaigns across sales, software, hardware, or tech-adjacent roles in a fast-paced setting.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, driving partnerships with senior leaders.
  • Experience with customer experience recruitment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.
Work Location

This role is based out of our Seattle Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
