Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate candidate data, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position offers an excellent opportunity to broaden recruiting operations experience and contribute to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Manage and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and coordinate the necessary steps to finalize their hiring status.
  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including scheduling participants and providing debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting-related activities and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, professional, and well-organized recruiting operations.

Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination-focused role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling and managing complex calendars.
  • Experience performing administrative and coordination tasks in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.
