Recruiter:
Tecknomic LLC is seeking a recruiter (part-time with the potential for full-time) to assist with filling a variety of IT related, technician and management roles. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to support tight deadlines/time-to-fill schedules. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience with major recruiting sites, ATS and other tools
  • Experience utilizing AI in recruiting
  • Ability to build deep pools/create pipelines of strong, next-in-class, diverse candidates
  • Ability to analyze client/hiring managers' needs and match candidates effectively
  • Ability to support screening, interviewing and submitting candidates
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Attention to details
  • Timely follow-up with candidates
  • Knowledge of market trends, hiring best practices and diversity recruiting strategies
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Required/Desired Skills and Experience:
