Job description

We are seeking a contract recruiter for an 18 month assignment that can also convert to perm in the Washington DC area.
Will be responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
• Submit and review candidates.
• Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs.
• Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships.
