Snowflake

Bellevue, WA • On-site

Full-time

Job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We are hiring a University Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team. The University Recruiting team owns all intern, co-op, and recent graduate hiring across the company, and runs a year-round intern program built around impactful projects, professional development, and community. This role is central to how Snowflake identifies and converts the next generation of talent - from first campus touchpoint to accepted offer.
AS A UNIVERSITY RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Own the full recruiting cycle for intern and recent graduate candidates across US and Canada, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience at every stage
  • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to deeply understand role scope, team needs, and hiring goals
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with university faculty, career centers, and student organizations to grow a strong pipeline of early-career talent
  • Develop school-specific recruiting strategies and campus outreach plans in collaboration with hiring teams
  • Plan and execute on-campus events and career fairs, including traveling to partner universities across the US and Canada
  • Screen candidates and maintain process consistency and inclusivity throughout each hiring pipeline
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other talent channels
  • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports to keep stakeholders informed
OUR IDEAL UNIVERSITY RECRUITER WILL HAVE:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles or early-career talent
  • 3+ years of university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute a strategic campus recruiting program while managing an active pipeline
  • Strong track record in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, offer negotiation, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Willingness to travel to universities seasonally for campus events
  • Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work - whether for sourcing, outreach, scheduling, or research - or a genuine eagerness to learn and lean into AI as a core part of how you work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  • Experience recruiting at scale for a high-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms
  • Background in diversity recruiting or building DEI-focused campus programs
  • Experience hosting or producing intern programming (events, speaker series, professional development)
WHY JOIN OUR TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?
Snowflake's Talent Acquisition team is where recruiting craft meets real scale. We're investing heavily in early-career talent as a strategic pipeline for the company's future - and this role is at the center of that. You'll work alongside a team of passionate recruiters and program managers who take university recruiting seriously as a discipline, not an afterthought.
This is a role where your work has direct, visible impact: the interns and new grads you bring in become Snowflake's next generation of engineers, product managers, and leaders. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we show up on campus, the budget to build real relationships, and the data infrastructure to back your strategy.
