About the Senior Recruiter role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our small (but mighty) TA Team. You'll play a key role in growing Qumulo as we enter a hypergrowth stage, while helping to evolve our talent strategy to ensure we continue to attract and hire exceptional people. This is a full-cycle recruiting role balancing creativity with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and modern tooling to drive the right outcomes from intake to close.

As a Senior Recruiter at Qumulo, you will:
  • Be a credible and influential partner with hiring managers to own and drive recruiting outcomes for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and Leadership roles globally
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cloud and storage industries, and our competitive landscape, to source and attract the best talent
  • Create and execute search and sourcing strategies, including partnering with stakeholders on referral programs, recruitment marketing, social media, and events
  • Use modern tools to streamline sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, scheduling, and interview workflows
  • Champion CX and best-practises with Hiring Managers and Interview teams, including requirements calibration, interview process, and objective decision making
  • Leverage data to continuously improve recruiting operations, and increase speed without compromising quality.
  • Promote Qumulo's employer brand with compelling messaging to candidates, and in Job Ads, social media content, etc.
  • Navigate ambiguity confidently, bringing clarity and structure to complex hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the People Team on hiring initiatives and strategic business needs

Our ideal Senior Recruiter will have:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including proven success in high-growth startup environments where you owned roles across a variety of functions including GTM or Sales
  • Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills with hands-on experience using modern tools and building complex Boolean searches
  • Strong technical fluency (cloud, infrastructure, engineering) to understand our needs, engage Hiring Managers and candidates, assess technical skill, and articulate Qumulo's value proposition to a technical audience
  • A data-driven mindset with a record of optimizing recruiting process through technology, data, and workflow
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality, precision, and candidate experience
  • Experience working with the C-level, and coaching hiring managers with credibility and insight
  • Deep expertise with modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Gem, Ashby, SeekOut, Metaview, Juicebox, Clay, etc.), potentially including integrating new systems into recruiting workflows
  • Be able to work onsite in downtown Seattle at least 3 days per week

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 USD plus pre-IPO equity and benefits. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
