About the role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader and joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Recruiter will serve as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for the U.S. business. In this individual contributor role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of functions, including Product, Technology, Creative, Content, Finance, Corporate, and executive hiring. You will also support specialized recruiting for the CEO's Family Office, including both professional and domestic staffing needs.

As a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Leaders to understand workforce priorities, develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. You will leverage data, market intelligence, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions, build proactive talent pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented recruiter who is passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience while serving as a brand ambassador for Roundglass's mission of holistic wellbeing.


What You'll Do:

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to Business Unit Leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, hiring priorities, competitive market trends, compensation insights, and recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop customized recruiting strategies that align with business objectives and proactively address current and future talent needs.
  • Develop long-term talent pipelining strategies for critical and leadership positions across the organization.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of U.S.-based positions, ranging from intern to executive-level roles across Product, Technology, Creative, Content, Finance, Corporate, and other business functions.
  • Manage recruiting for the CEO's Family Office, including professional and domestic staffing positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, assess, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage offer negotiations through successful onboarding.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent communities, market mapping, and direct outreach.
  • Research the competitive talent landscape, labor market trends, and industry hiring practices to inform recruiting strategies and advise business leaders.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current hiring needs and future workforce planning.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, professional associations, community organizations, and external talent networks to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Represent Roundglass at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Recruiting Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Lead recruitment kickoff meetings, interview calibration sessions, and hiring debriefs to align stakeholders and improve hiring quality.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and market data to recommend improvements and optimize recruiting performance.
  • Infuse technology, automation, and process improvements throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, process redesign, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience supporting U.S.-based hiring across multiple business functions.
  • Proven success recruiting across technical, product, creative, corporate, finance, and executive-level positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and consultative partnership.
  • Experience serving as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions through workforce planning, market intelligence, and strategic recruiting consultation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing innovative sourcing strategies and building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. talent market, employment practices, and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, labor market data, and hiring trends to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service.
