Our client, a leading distributor in the Pacific Northwest with a strong reputation for growth, employee development, and community engagement, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their HR team. This role offers the opportunity to shape candidate experiences and support the company’s talent strategy, providing meaningful contributions to an organization recognized for workforce development, industry awards, and a collaborative culture.

As a Recruiter, you will be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, driving high-volume recruiting initiatives while building lasting relationships. This role is ideal for someone with energy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Overview of the Recruiter role:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on candidate selection
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records in applicant tracking systems (ADP) and coordinate recruitment events
  • Draft offers and guide candidates through pre-employment processes including background checks and compliance documentation
