Job description

Title: Recruiter I / Recruiter II Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA Duration: 12+ Months (With Possibility of Extension/Conversion) Job Description: The Client is expanding its recruiting team to support hiring for Data Center-related business unit and looking for Recruiters to aggressively source, pipeline, and hire technical/infrastructure talent for it's Data Center business. They will be driving high-volume hiring targets to meet a monthly performance expectation of 100 points Must Haves: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful). Strong Boolean search and complex key string building skill (will be tested in the interview. Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems. Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 day a week in the designated local market. Plusses: Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
