Field Recruiter - Fairfax County
Part-Time Field Recruiter

Location: Fairfax County, VA

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference in your community? Join All City Management Services as a Part-Time Field Recruiter and help support our mission of Keeping Kids Safe.

This role focuses on community-based recruiting efforts to attract and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Fairfax County. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Fairfax County.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, senior centers, local businesses, and other outreach partners to support recruiting efforts.
  • Conduct in-person recruiting activities within the community to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist with hiring events, job fairs, outreach campaigns, and other recruiting initiatives.
  • Screen and interview applicants for School Crossing Guard positions and other company openings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and document community outreach efforts within company systems.
  • Support recruiting efforts across multiple advertising and outreach platforms, including local organizations, online postings, and community partnerships.
  • Assist with answering the National Recruiting phone line and responding to applicant inquiries.
  • Complete required administrative paperwork and recruiting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the National Recruiting Manager and Operations teams to support staffing needs across programs.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and operational manuals.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organized with effective time management skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with the public.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple recruiting priorities.

  • Must reside in Fairfax County, VA
  • Previous recruiting, customer service, community outreach, staffing, or sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
  • $20.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Eligible for yearly bonus opportunities and additional benefits.
