Corporate Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to support our growing corporate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping teams work more efficiently.
You'll partner with several departments— including Human Resources, Operations, Training and Finance—to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep our business running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys learning new things.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to multiple corporate departments.
  • Prepare reports by running system exports and organizing data in Excel.
  • Enter job orders, post open positions, and send candidate assessment invitations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including welcome packages, equipment shipments, and new hire materials.
  • Support scheduling for meetings, interviews, trainings, and other company events.
  • Prepare and distribute employee communications and required notices.
  • Collect, organize, and track expense reports, mileage reimbursements, and other administrative documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for company training programs.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and records.
  • Assist with special projects and help improve administrative processes across the organization.
