Join Our Team as a Full-Time Medical Assistant


Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology is excited to welcome a Full-Time Medical Assistant to our growing, patient-centered practice. If you enjoy hands-on clinical work, value collaboration, and want to make a difference in women’s health every day, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • Room patients, take vitals, and document in the medical record
  • Assist providers during exams and procedures
  • Perform fetal heart tone checks
  • Set up and support non-stress tests for pregnant patients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and patient education

You’ll work in both our East Lansing and Mason locations, rotating as needed to support clinic operations.


Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • 4 day workweek with 10-hour shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • RMA or CMA certification or Medical Assistant certificate/diploma from a credentialed institution
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required
