Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Ensure the smooth delivery of all company wide recognition programs to employees.

  • Delegate appropriate tasks/duties as needed to other recognition team members.
  • Deliver an excellent recognition experience for all company sponsored plans (annual service rewards, million mile achievement rewards, etc.)
  • Develop and implement user friendly processes that enable employees to receive and select gift or award.
  • Advocate company goals with designated vendors relating to quality of awards, delivery and distribution.
  • Ensure recognition database is maintained and provides employees with appropriate gift or award based on years of service, or driver achievement, etc.)
  • Track expenditures and ensure cost assigned to correct GL.
  • Communicate achievements to leadership and provide guidance on best way to recognize the individual's achievement.
  • Adhere to and effectively communicate the recognition program award eligibility criteria and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to produce compelling and informative videos and communications.
  • Lead efforts to coordinate nationwide events that recognize drivers and employees. (Million Mile Drivers, Driver Appreciation Week, etc).
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 3+ years' experience in rewards and recognition programs or similar roles required.
  • Experience in transportation industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must be able to manage programs from conception, to development, execution and completion.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational skills and strong follow-up discipline.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate with others.
  • Must be able to prioritize competing deadlines, and keep multiple programs moving without losing details.
  • Must be a strong team player who can partner across departments and hold others accountable professionally.
  • Must be comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and turning information into action plans.


Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual
