Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on developing and validating OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports across Workforce Management Modules: Time & Labor, Scheduling and Absence Management.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional HCM Workforce Management knowledge combined with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly in healthcare or other complex, shift-based environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop OTBI transactional reports and BI Publisher (BIP) formatted reports
  • Build reports across:

  • Time & Labor
  • Workforce Scheduling
  • Absence Management

  • Develop timecard summaries, overtime reports, shift premium reporting, compliance reporting, and workforce analytics
  • Support SIT/UAT testing and post-go-live stabilization
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:
Functional Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Time & Labor, Scheduling, Absence Management)
  • Understanding of payroll processing and time calculation rules
  • Experience in healthcare or shift-based workforce environments preferred
  • Knowledge of overtime, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
    • BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of Fusion HCM Workforce Management subject areas and data structures
  • Experience supporting reporting during full lifecycle implementations
