• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to suit each client's unique requirements.
• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring that remote care maintains a high level of quality and connection.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and continuously track and document client progress to adapt treatment as necessary.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning within our organization.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities provided by the company.

As a therapist at Fusion Mind Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your compassionate approach will help empower these individuals to address their struggles, fostering resilience and coping skills. We emphasize a client-centered approach that encourages collaboration, ensuring that clients feel valued and heard at every stage of their therapeutic journey.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).
• Education requirement includes a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and therapy sessions.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with outpatient care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational dynamics.
