As a Receptionist, you will apply your skills to being the first point of contact at our Denver HQ. We are looking for our operational support members to apply their expertise, problem solving skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact the future of energy!
Responsibilities
  • Actively and professionally greet our facility visitors as their first onsite point of contact
  • Contribute to a positive experience to all visitors, candidates and Xcimer employees 
  • Keep the reception and lobby areas tidy
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow building security and safety procedures
  • Sort and deliver mail
  • Maintain voicemail service system
  • Schedule and maintain calendars, as needed
  • Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, etc.), calendar management tools, and visitor management platforms (preferably Envoy)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Strong customer service attitude and mindset
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum
